Job Description:

Delivers highly effective marketing programs and demand generation campaigns in conjunction with a range of technology, service and strategic partners. You will execute, manage, and track the success of joint marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, joint field marketing events, tradeshows, webinars and email campaigns. This position must interface effectively with our partners as well as FreeWave’s internal teams.


  • Define the company’s demand generation plan, executing multi-channel campaigns, and measuring the success and ROI of those campaigns within our CRM and marketing automation system
  • Have a track record of success in taking an analytical approach to demand generation and exceeding lead generation targets
  • Gather and analyze market and user data to deliver actionable insights to the company that improve revenue production from marketing activities
  • Are disciplined in identifying and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that drive improvements in marketing ROI
  • Will bring experience in implementing and managing marketing automation solutions (Pardot-specific experience is a plus)
  • Are good at managing multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines and follow-up in a timely manner through excellent organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills
  • Prefer working in a collaborative setting
  • Have expertise (or at least working knowledge) of newer online platforms & script-writing specific to web-based research (e.g., the online panels we use)
  • Know how to set up and manage digital analytic platform design
  • Have at least some experience in social media analyses
  • Are experienced with research purchase, market rates (what things should cost)

A snapshot of the typical work:

  • Define, measure and manage KPI’s for all demand generation programs, including: lead nurturing campaigns, field events, banners, webcasts, syndicated content, PPC programs and PR activities
  • Utilize knowledge and marketing experience to design and formulate research initiatives
  • Report status of all demand/lead generation activities to company along with root cause analysis and resolution plans where necessary
  • Implement testing methodologies to continually improve campaign performance
  • Own complete campaigns from idea to execution
  • Manage the demand generation and events budget
  • Work with internal team to coordinate event logistics and deliverables
  • Work with current vendors and negotiating with new vendors
  • Maintain event project schedule and develop meeting agendas and email communications to clients
  • Assist in creation and send of pre-show and post-show communications
  • Assist in reviewing contracts, vendor payments and expenses
  • Manage logistics for trade show events
  • Attend trade shows on behalf of the company
  • Manage relationship with PR, SEO, Creative and Web Design firms
  • Travel approx. 20%

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
